These terms apply when you shop at RizzFire.
Who we are
RizzFire is operated by Comprehensive Jewelers LLC. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error, and if we do we will refund anything you paid.
Prices, tax and payment
Prices are in US dollars and are shown before sales tax. Where sales tax applies it is added at checkout, and shipping is shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Shipping and delivery
We ship within the United States. Shipping costs and timing are described on our shipping page.
Returns
Our returns policy is described on our returns page and forms part of these terms.
Handmade products
Our crochet pieces are made by hand, so color, size and shape may differ slightly from the photos. Product photos are representative.
Safety and age
Charms and keychains contain small parts, are not toys, and are not suitable for children under 3. Use products as described on their product pages.
Our content
The text, photos and designs on this site belong to us or our licensors. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
