Care guide

The basics

• Spot clean with a damp cloth and a drop of mild soap. Blot, don't rub.
• Reshape while damp and let the piece air dry away from direct heat and sunlight.
• Avoid the washing machine, the dryer and bleach unless the product page says otherwise.

Charms and keychains

• Keep metal hardware, bells and clasps dry. Wipe the hardware with a dry cloth if it gets wet.
• Charms are decorative. Don't pull hard on them or hang heavy items from them.
• Remove charms from bags before washing the bag.

Bags

• Empty the bag and shake out crumbs. Spot clean the outside with a damp cloth.
• Stuff a damp bag with a clean towel so it keeps its shape while it dries.
• Store bags where they can breathe, out of direct sun.

Hats

• Hand wash cold with mild soap, press out the water without wringing, and dry flat.
• Reshape the brim and crown while the hat is damp.

Small parts

Charms contain small parts and are not toys. They are not suitable for children under 3.
