Our return policy

• Unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, including buyer’s remorse. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
• Return method: returns are accepted by mail only (no walk-in drop-off).

How to start a return

Refunds

We refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us as soon as possible with a photo and we'll sort it out.

Handmade variation

Small differences in stitch, shape and color are part of handmade crochet and are not defects.
