What we sell

Crochet charms and keychains, bags, hats and seasonal pieces. Each product page lists the colors and sizes available, plus fiber content, care and country of origin.

Handmade, with variation

Our crochet pieces are made by hand in small batches. Because every piece is made individually, yours may differ slightly from the photo.

Our story

RizzFire grew out of a small business that already knew how to sell things people wear every day. What we didn't have was something that felt fun to carry. Crochet fixed that: a hook, some yarn, and a charm that makes your keys look like yours and nobody else's.

Our crochet charms, keychains and hats start as a single strand of yarn and are worked stitch by stitch, by hand. That takes time, so we make them in small batches, and no two come out exactly the same. A turtle with a slightly different smile, or a petal that sits a little off, isn't a defect. It's how you can tell a person made it.

Our woven and embroidered bags are handmade by artisans we buy from. We check and photograph every one before it's listed, and we'd rather tell you that than pretend we made them ourselves.

We're based in Alabama and ship free anywhere in the US. When you write to support@rizzfire.com, a real person reads it and answers. If something isn't right with your order, tell us and we'll make it right.

Shipping, returns and payment

• We ship to customers in the United States. Estimated delivery to your door: 3–5 business days from the order date. That window includes processing — it is not 1–2 days to ship plus another 3–5 in transit.
• Processing time: 1–2 business days after you place the order.
• Orders ship with USPS. Larger or multi-item orders may ship UPS.
• Unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, including buyer’s remorse. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Return method: returns are accepted by mail only (no walk-in drop-off).
• Payments are processed by Stripe over HTTPS. We accept Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Klarna, Afterpay. Card details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout and never touch our servers.
