We ship within the United States.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping cost: Free throughout the United States (all 50 states). We do not ship outside the US.
Orders ship with USPS. Larger or multi-item orders may ship UPS.
Processing time: 1–2 business days after you place the order.
Transit is typically 2–3 business days after we hand the package to the carrier.
Estimated delivery to your door: 3–5 business days from the order date. That window includes processing — it is not 1–2 days to ship plus another 3–5 in transit.

Tracking is emailed once your order ships. You can also look up an order any time on the Track your order page.

If we can't ship within the time we promised, we will email you with a new date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We can't redirect a package once it has shipped, so contact us right away if something is wrong.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email us with your order reference and a photo and we'll make it right.
